In the night from Sunday to Monday, air raid sirens sounded in many cities in Ukraine, followed by explosions in Kiev and Kharkov early in the morning. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the next 24 hours will be crucial for the country. Ukraine and Russia will negotiate on Monday morning, although according to Zelensky, that does not have much chance of success.
