In many municipalities, homeowners will pay considerably more real estate tax (OZB) this year. On average, owners have lost 6.2 percent more than last year, the Own Huis Association notes in a study into housing costs in all municipalities. The interest group suspects that municipalities want to top up their own greenhouse to be ahead of shortages.
