Health ministers have approved a national alcohol plan. The first impetus for this was already given in 2004. “It is not normal that it then takes nineteen years to complete that plan,” writes investigative journalist Jeroen Bossaert. “It is a symptom of a disease that has plagued our country for a long time.”
