When monthly advance bills approach the amount of the monthly home loan, it’s all hands on deck. Up to 1,000 euros per month for electricity? That’s almost criminal. Citizens cannot afford that. That should not only keep Belgians who have difficulty with that bill awake. The alarm bells in the Wetstraat are going off loudly.
