– The same problem may be in other back equipment, but if necessary, alternative movements must be made. Things like that don’t affect development.

23-year-old Kuusakoski got on stage last weekend in Nordic Fitness Expo in Lahti. Top investments remained a dream.

Kuusakoski wanted to compete now because he was his last junior year, even though he could still wait for the condition.

– Without that juniors, I might not have participated in the race yet. On the other hand, it also wants to challenge itself when there were no major obstacles to this.

Kuusakoski is already in a very tough stitch compared to a high -quality gym enthusiast, but when the condition needs to be tightened and the race colors are hit, the stage is a ruthless place if everything does not hit.

“In the optimum situation, I would have liked to have a medium diet so that I would have been able to drop as little as possible with an effective race diet,” he says.

– Now all the symptoms of the diet came when it went too long. Things turned against myself.

The symptoms were stupid.

– Libido was in the last two months of the diet. Even your heart rate dropped less than forty.

During the training season, Kuusakoski’s weight has been between 110 and 20 kilos. Last Saturday’s race morning, he weighed 93 pounds.

– It could still have been tightened.

Many times the first race diet is the worst of all.

– Towards the end, there was always such a really exhausted feeling, but couldn’t sleep.

– It was not a healthy fatigue that you just go to bed and fall asleep right away.

Ferocious situation in the gym

Kuusakoski, a business student at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, started training at the age of 16. When I was young, there was a selection of sports, athletics, judo and longer floorball.

Over the years, there has been one fierce situation in gym workouts. The video released in 2021 has garnered nearly 60,000 views in Tiktok.

Kuusakoski says that the video has 180 or 190 pounds of iron in the neck.

It was still a warm -up weight, but he was misjudged with the week after the flu.

– Before performance, I was headphones and a tube. I did not notice that there were no backgrounds. In those situations, I have always dropped the tango through the back of the rod, but I wandered to the extent that the left foot took the support step forward.

– Then the rod sank so deep into the neck and sank so down that it had to get away with just suddenly getting off. That’s why I came wrong through the rod.

The situation could have been really bad.

– Fortunately, nothing happened. There was a bit of the neck the next day, but nothing worse. Right afterwards, I just laughed at the situation when it had so much adrenaline in the blood.

– I continued my workout normally, but the weights were reduced.

Destroy in front of the goal?

Kuusakoski has been engaged in floorball for eight years.
