Gütersloh (ots) – Mestemacher Group will bake for 157 million euros in 2022
net sales.
Investments of around EUR 9 million planned for 2023. Mestemacher cooperates with

In 2022, the family-run bread and baked goods group Mestemacher is growing
to 157 million euros net turnover. Mestemacher benefits from the trend towards
Flexitarianism with vegan and vegetarian breads. Also preference to
Stocking strengthens group sales with naturally pasteurized
Wholemeal rye breads, WESTPHALIAN pumpernickel, high-protein breads and
Multi-Seed Breads.
With a net turnover of 157 million euros, the Mestemacher Group will grow in 2022
Previous year 2021 (152 million net sales) by 3.3 percent. For the running
Fiscal year 2023 is planned with a net turnover of EUR 162 million.

3,000 sqm consists of office space, social rooms, training rooms, shipping with 3
Loading ramps and optimized storage areas. The remainder of the investment amount
flows into various small and small investments of the operational
subsidiaries.
The group of companies employs a total of 662 people. The export share
is around 29 percent. Of this, 72 percent of the export sales are in the
member states of the European Union. 17 percent export volume
Mestemacher sells outside of Europe – especially to North America, Canada,
Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the United Arab Emirates. 11
percent of the export volume of self-service packaged bread and baked goods Mestemacher delivers in
European countries that do not belong to the EU.
