OTB subsidiary Brave Kid becomes license partner

Brave Kid, a company of the Italian fashion group OTB SpA, and Max&Co., a brand of the Max Mara Group, have signed a kidswear licensing agreement.

This is about the development, production and worldwide distribution of “the first line” of the brand for girls aged 4 to 16, the cooperation partners announced on Monday. The agreement is for five years and starts with a capsule for SS24.

“For Max & Co. this is a historic moment. It is important to experiment with the brand’s style and DNA also for the girls’ collection, in order to reinforce the message of lightness and research in style, creativity and the creation of clothes capable of representing the values ​​of the quality, creativity and versatility that have always been our guiding principles throughout our history,” said Maria Giulia Prezioso Maramotti, Max&Co. The first collection that Brave Kid made for Max&Co. designs and sells, will be available from November in the brand’s flagships and in the online shops of the two partners. In addition to this partnership, Brave Kid also has licenses from OTB brands such as Diesel, MM6 Maison Margiela and Marni, but also other brands such as Dsquared2, N°21 and Myar.
