The Italian fashion group OTB Spa announced the appointment of Andrea Rosso as Sustainability Ambassador on Monday.
In this “strategic role”, Rosso will devote himself to the task of “promoting and spreading and spreading the culture of sustainability within the company”, the parent company of brands such as Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni and Viktor & Rolf said with. In the future, he will collaborate with the existing sustainability teams in order to implement the corresponding strategies and internal training programs for all group brands. In addition, Rosso will work on projects for new materials and production processes with the research and development teams.
According to the group of companies, the decisive factor for Rosso’s appeal on the new post was his “innovative vision and solid expertise as well as the results that he has achieved in his role as sustainability ambassador of the label Diesel since 2020”.
Even after his promotion, Rosso will keep his previous areas of responsibility as sustainability ambassador and creative consultant from Diesel, according to a statement.
