Optimistic coach Mike Snoei believes in better times for Telstar: “There is much more in this team”

The assignment is clear for Telstar. The troubled club from Velsen-Zuid is last in the first division and needs to gain points. With MVV, the White Lions will meet an opponent tomorrow evening where that is certainly possible. “We mainly want to score more goals,” coach Mike Snoei is clear about his team’s major problem.

“No one is happy about the position in the rankings,” says Mike Snoei about twentieth place. Yet the always outspoken coach is optimistic. “I think we will really play a significant role this season. There is much more to this team.”

Unfortunately, Snoei does not have a fit selection against MVV. Ronald Koeman Jr., Youssef El Kachati and Christos Giousis are certainly not present. The trio of Danny Bakker, Mees Kaandorp and Thomas Oude Kotte are doubtful.

With sixteenth place, opponent MVV is not doing very well this season. The difference with the Maastricht team is six points. Prune: “Now we have to show it.” The kick-off between Telstar and MVV is at 8 p.m. and NH Sport will report on this match via this site and social channels.
