We are on our way home after visiting family in Ireland. Everything has to be taken with you: car seat, camping bed, and mountains of diapers. Traveling with our baby takes some getting used to. My husband and I carry our two heavy and cumbersome bags alternately. We’re almost there: we walk through busy London on our way to the bus stop. My husband pushes the lightweight stroller with baby and I carry the bags. The handles cut into my shoulders. Lugging these bags is really hard work. Then someone on the street speaks to us and looks at my husband with admiration: “Wow, a super dad!”
