Operational recovery completed, focus on profitable growth

• Operating result: EBIT margin increased to 12.6%; Q4 at 13.0%
• Group profit: CHF 1.1 billion, 9.8% of sales
• Cash flow from business activities: CHF 1.5 billion.

In the 2025 financial year, order intake and sales reached CHF 11,313 million respectively.
CHF 10,947 million, which corresponds to an increase in local currencies of 3.1% and 1.3% respectively. The operating result rose to CHF 1,384 million. The EBIT margin was 12.6%. The adjusted EBIT margin reached 13.3%. The consolidated profit rose to CHF 1,073 million, which corresponds to a consolidated profit margin of 9.8%. Cash flow from operating activities decreased by 7% to CHF 1,490 million.
