OOG and RTV Noord are now working together in advising advertisers. On Valentine’s Day, Nina Nomden, director of RTV Noord and Evert Janse, director of OOG signed an agreement for commercial cooperation.
Advertising is an important source of income and it makes sense to help each other as public service broadcasters. Through the collaboration, more organizations can become acquainted with the effects of online, radio and TV advertising.
Evert Janse: ,,RTV Noord has a marketing and sales team with years of experience in selling the same media, but regionally. The account managers knock on the door of the same customers… then it is better for public broadcasters to work together, right?”
Nina Nomden, director of RTV Noord, agrees. “You go further together. Whenever possible, we should help each other. We are also doing this more and more often in the field of technology and in our editorial offices. We can work together much more while retaining our own identity!”
