Only forty percent of employees experience a negative effect of the pandemic on happiness at work

Where in 2021 more than half of the respondents indicated that the corona crisis had a negative impact on their mental health, according to the most recent results this is only 39 percent. One in three even has a positive effect. This is apparent from the sixth large-scale survey among 2,286 employees and 327 employers conducted by Antwerp Management School (AMS), UGent and B-Tonic.
