Depp accused him of everything that happened with Heard. The two men send via video connection. Also actrice Ellen Barkin, Depps former advocaat Jacob Bloom en vertegenwoordigers van Warner Bros, de LAPD, de ACLu, Disney en WME Entertainment staan op de tuigenlijst van Heard.
Sms’jes en e-mails
Depp roept daarentegen zijn vriend en ‘Avengers’ actor Paul Bettany op om te komen getuigen. Opvallend: de sms’jes die de twee actors in 2015 uitwisselden over Heard, staan wel op haar lijst met bewijzen. Therein fantaseerden de twee over hoe ze de actrice zouden burn and drink. Also on the lijst met bewijzen staan sms’jes die Heard aan ‘Aquaman’-college Jason Momoa stuurde en correspondentie with ‘Justice League’-director Zack Snyder. Also mails tussen Depp and JK Rowling and musician Jack White to serve as bewijs. Depp zelf moet zijn lijst met bewijzen nog india.
Het is trouwens al de tweede keer dat de twee vormale Echtlieden tegenover elkaar komen te staan in de Rechtbank. In 2020 Depp lost al een Rechtszaak tegen The Sun, who had genoemd hem a ‘wife-beater’. Both Hollywood stars were toen also afgezakt naar London.
