When John Lennon and Yoko Ono in 1971 moved to a two -room apartment in the West Village New Yorkplaced a TV at the foot of the bed.
In the 18 months that Kevin MacDonald’s documentary hugs for a lot of time in front of that screen, but part of their knowledge of America also passed from assiduous attendance of activists such as Jerry Rubin and Abbie Hoffman.

John designed a tour with them (“Free The People”) Which should have financed the payment of the deposit of the “political prisoners” such as the poet John Sinclair, then canceled in the face of the risk of expulsion. While the only American concert by Lennon, which gives the film to the film, in favor of six thousand disabled children of the Willowbrook School of Staten Island.
