One person taken to hospital after apartment fire in
The fire started shortly after 11:30 am on the ground floor of an apartment building. In no time, a kitchen was ablaze.
One woman who lives on the first floor breathed in too much smoke and had to be taken to hospital in Veurne for treatment.
The apartment on the ground floor is uninhabitable, the kitchen is completely burned out.
