One of the designers is the fashion designer Sepehr Maghsoudi. He lives in Hoorn himself and was allowed to exhibit his collection ten years ago. He thinks it is extra special that his collection can now be found in the museum. “It is amazing that we can put this in the museum,” he says.
The exhibition is temporary, because the museum will close on 2 June.
Delay
The museum had to wait no less than 4 years for that renovation. In 2021 were plans Already around and in 2023 the artworks already went to the storage. Those artworks are still there, because the shovel is still not in the ground.
