Of all suspects arrested last year, 20 percent had one or more registrations of ‘misunderstood or confused’ behavior behind their names, the police report. The number of incidents involving people with confused behavior was again higher in 2024 than the year before. According to the police, at least some of the incidents involving confused people can be prevented by giving them the care they need.
