Marco van Basten is her second cousin, Willem van Hanegem once gave her a second-hand table lamp as a gift and Claudia de Breij wrote a poem for her. There is no famous Dutchman or footballer with Utrecht roots whose heart Cora van Hal (52) did not win. She made hundreds of drawings, for them – and for ordinary Utrecht residents.
