These are men between the ages of 33 and 58 from Dordrecht, Rotterdam, Sassenheim, Vinkeveen, Volendam and Nijmegen.
The suspects were caught red -handed by the police on September 13, 2024 when they loaded the packages with drugs in the camper in a shed in Slootdorp. With the camper, the suspects would then take the boat to England from Hoek van Holland.
The Public Prosecution Service has already made the men to England before. For example, a transport of 12 kilos of cocaine would have been transported in August 2024. The men went to England for motorcycle races with the camper, but therefore had a double agenda, the OM says.
A total of nine suspects
The group has been monitored for some time. It would be two leaders, a driver, a co -driver and a supplier of the drugs. Two other men rode after the camper in a ‘following car’ to bring the drugs in England to the customers, according to the OM.
The OM also suspects the suspects of participating in a criminal organization. In total it concerns nine suspects, but the men from Rotterdam and Dordrecht are on trial later.
