Armand Duplantis keeps surpassing himself in the pole vault. Now he is trying to do so in music.

Majifting star Armand Duplantis is a world record holder and double Olympic champion. Now the Swede also goes under the musicians. The 25-year-old brought out the single “Bop” under his nickname “Mondo” on Friday. Duplantis can be seen on Instagram in the recording studio. In addition, the two -time world champion wrote about a photo regarding the publication: “Hope you all like it.”

The German sprinter Gina Lückenkemper wrote under the photo of the pole vibringer: “Is there anything you can’t do?” Also long jump Olympic champion Tara Davis-Woodhall commented on: “So cool !!!” The fiancee of Duplantis, Desiré Inglander, also said: “Finally.”

Together with Rasmus Wahlgren and Emil Berg, Duplantis wrote the pop song. As Berg reported to the radio station “P3”, the three first came together in a studio because Duplantis was supposed to start commercials there. Spontaneously they started making music together – with success. In the meantime they have developed around 30 songs, Duplantis even signed a record contract. Further songs are to be published in the course of the year.
