Olympiacos, one of the Greek Super League teams, appointed Jose Luis Mendilibar as the head coach.
In the statement made by the club, it was noted that 62-year-old Mendilibar was appointed to the vacant position of coach following the parting of ways with Carlos Carvalhal last week.
The Greek team, which entrusted the club to Carvalhal, who also served for a period in Turkey, in December 2023, parted ways with the Portuguese coach after 4 defeats and 2 draws in 11 matches.
