Olivier Vandecasteele is terribly cold in his cell
While calling the family, Olivier Vandecasteele had one important message: he is terribly cold. He only wears a t-shirt, because he only gets that and there is no heating in his cell. While it is currently 8 degrees Celsius, but at night it cools down to 1 in Tehran. Definitely not warm enough to be locked up with only a t-shirt. Vandecasteele asks for extra clothing such as a sweater, socks or gloves to keep warm, but he does not get that.
