Where does all the money come from? It is probably part of the income from her “Guts” tour.
Olivia Rodrigo has announced that she will distribute $2 million of her fortune to global women’s charities.
Rodrigo currently thinks “activism is very important”
In conjunction with her Guts tour in support of her album of the same name, Rodrigo launched Fund 4 Good – a global initiative committed to a just future for all women, girls and people with reproductive health needs. With the help of the organization, the 21-year-old would now like to donate to a total of ten organizations around the world after her tour is over. Without exception, the initiatives selected by Rodrigo focus on education for girls, support women’s reproductive rights and advocate for the prevention of gender-based violence.
“Being on tour so soon after the repeal of Roe Versus Wade makes the activism very important, especially considering that I have performed in many states that currently have abortion bans,” Olivia said Rodrigo told Billboard. He continued: “I wanted to do everything I could to support organizations in every area that are doing important work to promote access to health care and other human rights.”
To understand: If you talk about “Roe v. When she speaks of the Wade decision, she is referring to the overturning of the right to abortion, enforced on June 24, 2022 in the USA.

Even more donations
Back in October 2024, Olivia Rodrigo made headlines because she announced via Instagram after her concert in the Philippines that she had given the entire net proceeds of her sold-out show at the Bocaues Philippine Arena to the nonprofit organization Jhpiego. The singer, whose father is Filipino, made it clear how much the gig in her second country of origin meant to her. She wrote on Instagram: “I’ve been dreaming about this show for a while. My first time in the Philippines and also my biggest venue ever!!!!! Thank you to everyone in Manila for welcoming me so generously and making me feel loved, and thank you to American Express for making this show possible. I’m so thrilled that all of last night’s net ticket sales were donated to Jhpiego through my Fund 4 Good. I was able to visit the organization when I was in Manila and was so impressed with the work they do to provide healthcare for women and girls in the Philippines. It was a very special show and a meaningful journey. Saying I’m grateful isn’t enough! “Mahal kita”
The Filipino organization Jhpiego thanked her via Instagram, praising her generosity and commitment to women’s health.
