Olcay Gulsen has to answer to a judge next week for a loan that she is said to have taken out with her ex-mother-in-law. That confirms lawyer Bram Mous, who assists the woman, to the ANP after reporting about this from Show news

Gulsen would have received an amount of 50,000 euros twice when her company SuperTrash was in financial trouble. The fashion chain was declared bankrupt in 2018.

According to Mous, verbal agreements have been made about a repayment arrangement, but the mother of her ex Frans Ghazi has still not seen anything of it. The lawyer states that the other party sees it differently and that there has never even been a discussion about a settlement and that there is no agreement. Mous says that Gulsen cannot substantiate under what conditions she received the money.

The dispute will be heard in Amsterdam on 21 June.
