The former Rossoneri Antonio Nocerino will train the Las Vegas Lights Football Cluba club playing in the USL Championship and founded in 2017.
A return to the States for Nocerino who had already flown to Orlando in 2016 to join Kakà after terminating his contract with Milan. The 39-year-old holds a UEFA Pro coaching license and was most recently head coach of Miami FC in the USL Championship.
Nocerino made his international debut in 2007, but really emerged with the Azzurri in the 2011 and 2012 seasons. Runner-up at EURO 2012, he scored on penalties against England in the quarter-finals. With the Rossoneri he showed off in the 2011-12 season, reaching double figures and playing the role of the revelation player of the tournament. The Lights will open the season at home at Cashman Field on March 8 against the Tampa Bay Rowdies.
