Officers from the Leijdal police in Tilburg were surprised on Thursday night when they saw a motorist driving at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour on the Midden-Brabantweg between Tilburg and Waalwijk. A little earlier they saw that car being pushed because the battery was empty.
When the officers spoke to the driver, he indicated that the car could only drive 50 kilometers per hour. The officers then explained to the driver that the car is not allowed on the road. The car was then parked.
The officers warned the motorist that he will receive a fine if he decides to take this car on the road. “They still had forty minutes by car,” the police said on Instagram.
