Man hits roadblock

The police wanted to check a driver, but the man refused any cooperation. The police eventually had to set up a roadblock with several combis to trap the car.

But the driver drove into the (empty) vehicles and also rammed the facade of a building. The man – no stranger to the police – could be overpowered. But even then he was very aggressive. One officer was seriously injured and one officer slightly injured.

The man will be arraigned before the examining magistrate for intentional assault and battery on police and for armed rebellion.
