OCMW Anderlecht: alarm bells about increase in unjustly paid aid have been ringing for months

In May of this year, Liesbeth Vandenbergen, financial director of the OCMW in Anderlecht, sounded the alarm internally about an increase in unjustly paid aid. During a hearing in the House Committee on Social Affairs, she confirmed that her service had noted an increase. These hearings follow the revelations of a recent Pano report about the abuses at the Anderlecht OCMW.
