Racing driver Nyck de Vries occupied a seat in the Williams during the first free practice for the Spanish Grand Prix on Friday. The Dutchman, reigning world champion in the Formula E electric racing class, will replace Alexander Albon on the Catalunya circuit and thus fulfill the role of the mandatory young driver session at Williams for this season.
