The authorities do not give up. At the weekend, local tax offices, customs, the district office and the police were inspected again.
From 7 p.m. on Saturday, the emergency services moved to game centers, shisha bars, late night snack bars and bistros. Among others on Chausseestrasse, Torstrasse, Leipziger Strasse and Rathausstrasse.
The authorities found a wide variety of violations. Among other things, the gaming ordinance, the non-smoker protection law, the trade regulations, the price indication ordinance and the road law were violated several times. The tax office checked the correct billing of the cash register systems and customs checked the bars for undeclared work. Slot machines were also checked for correct function.
The police secured i.een use. “Nobody was arrested,” says a spokesman. There should not have been any security either. The operation ended around 3 a.m.
