There will be no NS trains running all day on Tuesday, with the exception of the Amsterdam Central – Schiphol route. The NS says it is making every effort to keep Schiphol accessible. The rail operator advises train passengers to postpone their journey or to arrange replacement transport.
The Eurostar and Thalys will run, but the other international trains will not run in the Netherlands. The regional train operators will continue to run, with the exception of the Alphen-Gouda train service, the NS reports.
