NS is almost at the bottom of the new European rail rankings, but is the ranking correct?

The Dutch Railways are in a bad position in a new ranking of European railway companies. Of the 27 companies surveyed, NS finished in 22nd place, with a score of 5.3. Only rail companies from Bulgaria, Portugal and Greece perform even less. Eurostar is last. However, NS and travelers association Rover argue that the rankings are shaky.
