Lauri Markkanen’s military service is approaching, and with it, the man’s appearance has also undergone a significant change.
Namely, the basketball star has cut an “intittuka”, i.e. a good old hedgehog hairstyle.
Markkanen published a picture of his new style on Instagram. In the photo, he proudly gave a thumbs up to his followers. There was a happy grin on his face.
– The curls are still coming back, he wrote and aptly added an emoji after that, which drew a hand to the magazine.
Sports influencer Esko Seppänen urged to save hair curlers.
– Pick up the curls and go to the Sports Museum, he suggested.
Many of Markkanen’s followers wished him brotherly “good morning”.
One commenter noticed that the army look made the Finnish player look just like Denver Nuggets’ Serbian star Nikola Jokic.
– Why do you look just like Jokic? He asked with a laugh.
Markkanen will leave for the Sports School of the Defense Forces on Monday, April 17.
