The novelties brought by Ora, the electric brand of Great Wall Motors, to the Paris Motor Show. Models with a traditional design but aimed at a young audience
In parallel with the Wey SUVs, Great Wall Motors presented three Ora models at the Paris Motor Show. This is the Pure Electric Brand of the Chinese manufacturer, which mainly aims at a young target. The Ora Funky Cat joins the Cat presented last year at the Munich Motor Show, positioning itself as a car to be used every day in an urban environment. Retro in the style of the body, compact in size considering the length of 423.5 cm. The electric motor delivers 171 hp and 250 Nm of torque, while the battery guarantees a maximum range of 310 km. It shares the stand of the Parisian fair with the easy-going GT version, characterized by a sportier imprint. Now Funky Cat has received five stars, the highest possible rating, in the recent safety tests carried out by the Euro Ncap institute.
The Next Ora Cat

The third model signed by Gwm at the Paris Motor Show is the mysterious The Next Ora Cat. The information disclosed concerns the double powertrain for a torque of 680 Nm (the power was not disclosed) discharged on the four-wheel drive with 19-inch wheels. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.3 seconds and should, according to rumors, boast a range at the top of the category. The prices of the three Ora models for Italy have not been defined, as well as the date of entry into the market. Marketing will start in the two main European markets for Great Wall, namely in France and Germany, by the end of the year, while England and Israel will be reached in 2023.
