With a capital of almost 278 billion euros, the Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW) is a gigantic investor. Activists want the fund to commit to the climate by withdrawing all investments in the oil and gas industry. For the time being, PFZW is not following in the footsteps of civil servant pension fund ABP, which took that step last year.
