Stuttgart (AP) – Defender Marc Oliver Kempf faces an uncertain future at VfB Stuttgart.
Coach Pellegrino Matarazzo justified the non-consideration of the 26-year-old for the game against RB Leipzig (0: 2) with “sporting reasons”. But there is also a “certain ambiguity as far as his contractual situation is concerned,” said the coach about the defender. Kempf’s contract with the Bundesliga soccer club expires in the summer.
