Hamburger SV won its first win of the season at the weekend. But it doesn’t get quiet on the Elbe.

Noah Katterbach is initially denied the breakthrough at HSV. After a cruciate ligament rupture, the 24-year-old was faster than expected in the team, but so far he has not been used in the Bundesliga. Now follows a next setback.

On Tuesday, the club announced that Katterbach would be transferred to the U21 until further notice. “The measure applies for the time being and is not a fundamental decision, but a clear response to misconduct. For all players, it is equally necessary to subordinate everything together and the goals,” it said in the message.

According to “Bild”, Katterbach is said to have accepted the club’s decision in a personal conversation. There was apparently criticism of his body language and attitude in training.

In contrast to the cases, Levin Öztunali and Moritz Heyer in the pre -season is not a permanent separation. At that time, the two were transferred to the reserve for sporting reasons. Heyer later joined Düsseldorf, Öztunali continues to run for the regional league team of the HSV.
