An increase in your salary on top of the automatic wage indexation is not possible in the coming years. This is evident from the National Bank’s economic forecasts for the coming years. At least until 2027, there is in principle no room for a wage increase due to the wage gap with our neighboring countries. And even after that, in theory there isn’t one either. Remarkably, this is partly due to the higher cost of the service vouchers.
