Wave of burglaries plagues Apeldoorn district: ‘He behaved suspiciously, not pleasantly’
The Osseveld district of Apeldoorn is ravaged by a wave of burglaries. In the past month, perpetrators struck six times at different homes. It makes local residents alert, now that they are a possible target. For example, Inger Holthof caught a man behind her house. “He behaved suspiciously, that doesn’t feel very pleasant.”
