No solar panel park at Spiere-Helchin Castle after all?
The Agency, the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and the environmental officer of the municipality have previously issued negative advice for the construction of a thousand solar panels. But the city council gave owner Filip Balcaen a permit anyway. Spiere-Helkijn sees no problem with the solar panel park, because the meadow on Jacquetbosstraat is completely hidden from view, so no one is bothered by it.
