No offer from FC Bayern for Gravenberch

Ryan Gravenberch from Ajax Amsterdam is hot at FC Bayern these days. The reports on how far poker has progressed differ significantly in some cases. Now the next expert wants to bring light into the darkness.

Tobias Altschäffl, Bayern reporter for “Bild” and “Sport Bild” confirms on Twitter that FC Bayern is interested in Ryan Gravenberch and also comments on the status of the negotiations.

Accordingly, the German record champions see Gravenberch as a possible reinforcement for the future, and contact has already been made. However, the exchange is limited to discussions with Gravenberch’s side. It is said that Ajax has not yet been spoken to. An official offer is therefore not yet available.

Reports had previously been circulating in the Netherlands the young midfielder wants “absolutely” move to Munich and have already agreed to FC Bayern.

Free transfer to FC Bayern? Excluded for Gravenberch

In the meantime, however, Gravenberch has also spoken out personally. The youngster explained to the “Algemeen Dagblad”: Leaving his comfort zone is not a bad option, but it’s still possible “at 22, for example”. He only ruled out a free transfer in the summer of 2023. “I owe the club a lot, so I can’t afford to leave on a free transfer. It won’t happen.”

So one thing is certain: if FC Bayern wants Gravenberch, they will have to dig deep into their pockets in the summer. Ajax is said to be asking for 25 to 30 million euros.

At least it doesn’t seem completely impossible that FC Bayern will take on this very lavish sum in its own hands. Especially since the “tz“Wants to know that coach Julian Nagelsmann has taken a liking to Gravenberch.

Bart Veenstra from the online portal “Ajax Showtime” also shares the supposedly positive assessment of the Dutchman: “If Nagelsmann is looking for a midfielder who can control the game, he has the right one in Gravenberch. He moves like a snake on the Space.”
