The names of SNS Bank and Regiobank will disappear from the office facades. The offices will be renamed ASN Bank. There are 21 offices of both banks in Drenthe.
The three banks belong to the Volksbank group. Mortgage provider BLG Wonen is also part of this. De Volksbank has been working on a reorganization for some time. This will cost jobs and would also mean that all de Volksbank brands will continue under one name.
Several sources have now informed the Financieele Dagblad that ASN Bank is the remaining brand. De Volksbank itself does not want to say anything about this until Monday.
RegioBank has fifteen offices in Drenthe, SNS Bank six. It is not clear how many offices will remain after the reorganization. De Volksbank has also announced that hundreds of offices are disappearing throughout the country.
