No more Pang-Pang sounds: Minister Francken wants to buy an ammunition for 2.3 billion (!)

Minister of Defense Theo Francken (N-VA) has just announced a plan with which he wants to eliminate the shortage of ammunition with our army. With an investment of 2.3 billion (!) EURO, the stories must come to an end that our soldiers should throw stones after a few hours of fighting or call “Pang Pang” during exercises in the absence of ammunition.
