The first of four conferences of Open Vld in the context of the renewal operation ‘Liberaal Vuur’ will take place in Ghent today. Yesterday a statutory congress took place, where some amendments to the party statutes were approved. For example, at the suggestion of Jong Vld, the family dynasties in the party board will come to an end, chairman Egbert Lachaert announced in an interview on Radio 1.
