Brazil’s presidential election has yet to yield a winner. With 97 percent of the vote counted, the center-left Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (76) won the most votes with 47.85 percent, but not the absolute majority. On October 30, a second round will follow between Lula, who previously led the country between 2003 and 2011, and incumbent President Jair Bolsonaro (67), who received 43.70 percent of the vote.
