The presidential elections in Honduras have ended in a “technical tie”, according to the first count. Presidential candidate Nasry Asfura of the conservative National Party had 39.91 percent of the vote. His main rival Salvador Nasralla, also a right-wing candidate, had 39.89 percent of the vote.
