NK Cycling in 2028 in Valkenburg in honor of a 100th anniversary

Ice hockey players NHL participate in playing Milan in 2026
6.50 pm: The ice hockey players who end up in the North American professional competition NHL can participate in the Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo Olympic Games in February next year. The North American Ice Hockey League (NHL) agreed with the international ice hockey federation (IIHF).
“This is a fantastic day for international ice hockey and his fans around the world,” responded IIHF chairman Luc Tardif. “Returning the world’s best players to the Olympic Games in Milan-Cortina is a big step forward for our sport.”
The ice hockey players from the NHL did not receive permission from their professional competition to participate on the past two winter games. The last time the ice hockey players participated was in Sochi in 2014. The agreement reached also applies to the Winter Games of 2030, which take place in the French Alps.
DRUW Jones on the Netherlands list for World Baseball Classic
3.30 pm: DRUW Jones (21) is on the list of baseball players who can play for the Dutch Kingdom Team during the World Baseball Classic (WBC) next year. Andraw Jones, coach of the team and the father of the top talent, told the American Foul Territory TV. “DRUW is on the list, but we will see if we need him,” says Jones.
Jones, who participated in the WBC twice as a baseball player, is the successor of Hensley Meulens. Jones was in the last two editions of the country tournament in which pros from the Major League can participate, assistant of Meulens. The former pro is seen as the best baseball player who has ever played for the Kingdom team.
DRUW Jones has been seen as one of the greatest talents in the American baseball for several years. He was chosen second by the Arizona Diamondbacks at the Draft of 2022. He received a drawing bonus of 6.9 million euros. In recent years he has played as a professional in competitions below the level of the Major League.
The Kingdom Team is classified in Group D at the WBC together with the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Israel and Nicaragua. The group matches will be played in Miami from 6 to 11 March next year.
