SSC Napoli has extended the lead in Serie A.
On Saturday (November 5th, 2022), Naples won 2-1 (2-1) in the top game of the Italian Serie A at pursuers Atalanta Bergamo.
It was the ninth league win in a row, the lead over Bergamo in second place grew to eight points.
Early lead for Atalanta
The start of this top game was not a successful one for Naples. Ex-Leipzig player Ademola Lookman gave Atalanta the lead with a hand penalty after video evidence (19th).
But Victor Osimhen (23′) and Eljif Elmas (35′) turned the game around before the break.
