Today, the Flemish Government presents honorary signs to Gymnast Nina Derwael, Imec CEO Luc Van den Hove and Kleinkunstegende Willem Vermandere on the Flemish holiday. What is new is that from now on there is always an honorary sign to someone who has worked for human rights. That honorary sign goes to Simon Gronowski and Koenraad Tinel, a duo that is connected in an unusual way by the Holocaust.
